We’re holding a time trial on Saturday morning on the Gorey 3 day course (from just beyond the Clough roundabout to the 3 day finish line). Distance is about 4 miles. Original idea was to give anyone riding the Gorey a chance to check out their TT bikes on the course in a semi competitive event but its open to anyone to take part. If anyone wants to roll back out for a 2nd timed run we’ll try and accommodate. The event is open to all clubs and any categories, novices or underage who want to take part. We hope we’ll have all our under 12’s and under 14’s there. (If the underage rider hasn’t ridden a tt on the road before we’d ask a parent to follow them in car). Hope to get 1st rider off about 10.15am.
We hope to get our novice/A4 league on the Davidstown circuit off the ground soon which will be handicapped and will also include an underage race. These will be open to all the local clubs.
