Weekend Tour’s & Racing

Saturday Tour

Leaving at 9.00am from the Aldi car park, the tour will be heading to Ferns before a small bit of a climb to Sliabh Bui and downhill all the way to Carnew then onto Shillelagh, Tullow, Fenagh, Kiloughternane, Kiltealy and back to Enniscorthy.

Approx. 110km. Coffee in Tullow. Forecast is good with light North West breeze. Shortcuts available if required.

Sunday Tour

Meeting at Pettitt’s car park and heading to Kiltealy at 9.00am and then onto Ballymurphy, Graigue, Ballywilliam and Rathnure before returning home to Enniscorthy.

Approx 60 to 70km. coffee stop in Graigue.

Racing

Wishing Matt Seebach the very best of luck as he will be travelling the furthest any of the racing group will be this year for a race. Matt will be in Co. Donegal for the SLCC Grand Prix being held in St. Johnson.

Also, the club would like to wish the best of luck to Luke Goff who will be going in this years Marmotte Granfondo Alps that takes place this Sunday. For those who don’t know about the Marmotte, it’s a tough sportive of 174km with 5180m of climbing, including the Col du Glandon, Col du Telegraph, Col du Galibier and Alpe d’Huez, all favourite’s of the mountain stages of the Tour de France.
