Saturday: Murry has another good ride lined up this week with the route originaly planned for last saturday – spin leaves ALDI car park at 9.30am. Plan is Kiltealy, Borris, Graiguenamanagh, Thomastown, Inistioge, Ferrybridge, Clonroche & home.
Sunday tours leave the Duffry Gate car park by the Tour de France monument at 10am for a 60-80km ride. Route decided on the morning depending on weather, wind direction and who’s out!
Tour captain Paul Nolan led today’s spin – “After two wet Sundays today’s tour got underway in blue skies. Club welcomes Noel Sweeney who finished his first tour, also nice to see Fionn out. Distance covered 85kms Kiltealy, Rathanna, Borris, Ballywilliam, Poulpeasty. Time 3 hours 20 mins. Avg speed 25kph.”
