Saturday training ride: The Saturday training spin leaves the ALDI carpark at 9.30am. Pace is faster than Sunday at 27-30kph and distances longer. New plan this weekend – The saturday training group have an away day meeting at Lawless’ Hotel in Aughrim at 10am for a ride in the Wicklow Mountains. Good preparation for the Marmotte! MMcD.
