Saturday training ride: The Saturday training spin leaves the ALDI carpark at 9.30am. Pace is faster than Sunday at 27-30kph and distances longer. This week we plan to cycle to Kiltealy, meet up with a group at Kiltealy Hall and cycle the route of Bill’s mini Mount Leinster sportive. The route includes Ballymurphy, Graigunamanagh, Goresbridge, Borris, Bagenalstown and back to Kiltealy vis Corries Cross and Rahanna. Bill’s route is 80km and the ride out and back to Kiltealy will make it well over 100km. MMcD.
Sunday tour: The Sunday tour leaves the Duffry Gate at 10.00am. At the moment weather is looking good for the morning.
The final coaching day led by Frank O’Leary for the youth riders racing this season takes place next Saturday at the Wexford Youth complex at Ferrycarrig. This round will be hosted by Wexford Wheelers and youth riders from all of the Wexford clubs are welcome to attend. Many thanks to Frank O’leary for his imput into the three training days. The days in Gorey and Enniscorthy have proven very popular and we hope our youth riders have safe and successful season.
