Slaney CC welcomes all lady cyclists to come and join us for our regular Wednesday evening spins.
The spins begin tomorrow evening at 7pm and will continue throughout the summer. Average speeds are 20-22 km/h while distance will be around 30-40km.
We’ll be gathering at the Tour de France monument in the Pettitt’s car park at 7pm so we look forward to seeing you all then!
