Frank O’ Leary is interested in hearing from those of you who are interested in a training weekend with a difference. If he can get a group together, the idea is to cycle to Dungarvan on Saturday, an overnight stay in Dungarvan (early night compulsory!) and cycle back home on Sunday morning. Its a great idea with a change as good as a rest as they say. Obviously we will need transport for luggage and back up. These weekends are very popular with a lot of clubs and we may look at a trip to kilkenny in January.
