Philip Cassidy to take part in ride to Cork

Former two time FBD Ras winner Philip Cassidy has confirmed his entry to the TDF commemoration ride.  No stranger to Enniscorthy, Philip will ride with a group of clubmates. In recent years he has taken part in many cyclo sportif events in aid of worthy causes and is particularily associated with the NCBI Blazing Saddles group. Philip’s son Mark is a professional with the Sean Kelly/An Post team and was unlucky to crash out of the recent FBD Ras while wearing the leaders yellow jersey exactly 25 years after his father first took the jersey. ¼/p>
