This Sunday will see the largest sporting event in the town for many years with up to 1000 runners expected to take part in the first Enniscorthy half marathon. The 13 mile race will start and finish on the promanade near the Riverside Park. Organiser Jane Porter (087 6799490) has approached the club to ask if we can offer any assistance for a few hours on Sunday morning to help marshall the event. If anyone is interested in lending a hand they can contact Jane directly or be at H Murphy & Co car park at 8.30am to be assigned a position.
