Liam,

Just wanted to say thank you to everyone involved in organising and helping out with the Mount Leinster Challenge on Saturday.

The spectacular scenery and legendary food stop did not disappoint, but best of all was the fiendly atmosphere that made this a really enjoyable event.

Hope to be back next year.

Roger.

Hi Liam

Thanks again for a fantastic day on Saturday. The weather held off well so it was only on the final run from Kiltealy in that we got the showers.

The feedback from the group was great as many of them had not ridden the event before. We have a lot of new members this year so many are only doing sportives now for the first time and it’s great to see the buzz they get from it. When you got your shots uploaded you might send me a link to them (if that’s possible) as I am trying to put together  a selection of shots from the day to put up on our own website. Your photographer also took a shot of young Stephen Sheridan with the signed jersey and I would like to get that one also if we can.

Finally thanks again to Mary and her army of helpers who kept us all fed and watered in Kiltealy. We will definitely be back next year!!!

Best regards,

John Lanigan

Hi Liam,

Just a quick note thanking yourself and Slaney CC for organising such a great event. Definitely worth the trip from Mayo. It was really well organised and marshalled. A good challenge to get the heart rate going! The food stop at Kiltealy was the best i’ve experienced in these events. Whoever made the jam/coconut topped queen cakes is a genius!

I’m looking forward to next year already.
