A total of six women set out on the “much discussed” ladies tour this morning. Heading south down the N11 as far as the New Ross roundabout and then back to Enniscorthy. The going was a bit tough with a strong head wind on the way down but when we turned for home the tail wind raised everyone’s spirits. Average pace was 19km/hr and a good time was had by all. Hope to see more women out in the coming weeks.
Thanks to Rita Boyle for leading todays tour and sending in the above info on the spin. The male version also headed down the N11 spliting at the third roundabout with half heading south and half heading across Wexford bridge for Castlebridge, The Ballagh and home.
