Having survived numerous near misses on the bike Mick Byrne was finally felled when struck by a car this afternoon on the pedestrian crossing near Ennsicorthy Credit Union.
Luckily Mick escaped with relatively minor injuries when thrown to the ground in what could have been very serious incident. Micks a hard man and when he says he’s very sore down one side of the body it must be sore! Best wishes for a quick recovery from everyone.
