Very well done to the half dozen ladies on the first, of what will hopefully be many more, spins today. They travelled to ferns and back. The feed back was great and its hoped to meet same time same place next week so Ann, Clare, Betty, Tracy, Margaret and Ann take a bow!
Fionn, Adam, Peter, Mick B, Murry, Stephen and Bill spent the morning riding some proposed routes for the u/a All-Ireland road race and TT. All going well except for bill who is suffering big time following a 3 month lay off due to injury.

Beginners Ladies Cycling Days
For any ladies that might like to get involved in cycling Slaney Cycling Club will be holding a beginners ladies only day on Saturday 12th January. Meeting point is in the car park behind Donohoes BMW garage on the Dublin road roundabout at 11am. For further details contact Ann on 087 6488040
We know it can be intimidating joining in for the first time so come along with bike, helmet and suitable clothing and Ann will look after you! Plan is for a short spin in a non competitive environment and we’ll offer whatever help or advice we can on cycling safely and efficiently. Depending on interest we’ll continue for further days in January.
