There is plenty to do this weekend if you’re out and about between the weekend tours, Tour de Kilkenny, The Leinster Classic in Bellewstown, Co. Meath and if you have time after all that there is the Rockin’ Food Festive in town.
Saturday Tour
For those members who are not heading to Kilkenny tomorrow morning, the Saturday Tour will be gathering at the Aldi car park at 9.00am before rolling out to The Ballagh, Blackwater, Curracloe, Wexford, Drinagh, Kilmore Quay, Murrintown, Kilurin, Ballymackessey and back to Enniscorthy.
Approx. 110km. Coffee stop in Brady’s. Forecast is for a mild, mostly dry day with a Southerly breeze.
Sunday Tour
Taking into account of the Bank Holiday weekend the Sunday Tour will take a shorter route than normal. Meeting at Pettitt’s car park at 9.00am, the tour will roll out for Oylegate, Castlebridge, Wexford, Murntown, Forth Mountain with coffee in the Heritage Park.
Tour de Kilkenny
Any members who have not entered the Tour de Kilkenny on line, you can register on the day at Kilkenny Rugby Club which is the Tour’s HQ. Registration for the 160km and 110km routes will be from 7.30 to 8.30am with registration for the 77km and 44km routes open from 9.30 to 10.30am.
