A great nights racing again in Davidstown for the A4 / Novice league.
The O50’s handicap was reduced by 30secs but with five riders up front this week they just managed to hold off the A4 group of about 35 riders with the two groups almost merging on the finishing straight. Dave Allen was tonight’s winner from Fran Maddock and Phil Skelton . Hugh Byrne again displayed his sprinting power to take the bunch sprint for 6th.
In the Novice section Derek Doyle took his first win ahead of Gillian Power and Helen Sinnott in her first Davidstown race.
